Why is Mr.Sandi Češko so secretive.
Why he lives in Slovenia in Zagorje ob Savi, but is Chairman of the Board of directors of
STUDIO MODERNA SA - VIA INDUSTRIE 25 GIUBIASCO, Ticino, 6512, SWITZERLAND
Why he has permanent residence in Switzerland in Massagno, Lugano, Switzerland?
Why do you finance offshore companies with taxpayers funds of EU citizens, which are then used to oppress public truth about the fraud of a large Group of companies Studio Moderna and their close subsidiaries and affiliates - APOD, SVP?
Why all directors move from company to company (Mr.Mrgole, Mr.Petković, Mrs.Osojnik, Mr.Češko) and fraud clients, suppliers, others?
Why do you (EU) finance and support that fraud openly and OLAF (european anti fraud office) is not responsible?
I have worked and substantially helped in creation of a big company in the region, together with my father. Most of our lives. The company was just 0.6% owned by us at that time. By EBITDA of the size of Studio Moderna. We have never done that! We, the group and all of our subsidiaries have NEVER! defaulted on any payment. Our decisions were ours, although sometimes bad, they where respected and paid for. We have never sent subsidiary in bankruptcy and not repaid other companies and especially not PERSONAL claims!
This is important when you want to be in the market in long term! All other is theft.
